Intimate Setting Ate dinner at Adelmo's the other night. Having walked past the window a thousand times, I finally called and made reservations. Often referred to as the best Italian in Dallas, the setting is intimate like a European cafe. The front dining space is very small and tables are tightly nestled together. Adelmo's wine list is about 6 pages choc full of choices. For dinner, I had the special paella and it was delicious. The seafood was fresh and the food was piled high. I have all great things to say except that our server was not on the ball. We seldom saw him in the dining room and he was unattentive. The food and atmosphere and prices far outweighed his lack of attention. Overall a great date spot and a high recommendation.
